Health is a condition of mental, physical and social well being where infirmity and illness are absent. The person’s state of mind, body, habits, customs, values and beliefs all have an impact on how he/she deals with health issues. It is the state of mind and body that determine how far we will reach in our quest for health on this page.


To assess the level of health and how far we have come from where we were at a particular time, it is important to examine and evaluate the following determinants: physical environment, culture, beliefs, personality and genetics. All these determinants have their own weight in shaping the health status of an individual and each has a different way of influencing health. Next, implement change so that you can have better health conditions. Lastly, be consistent with treatment so that you can fully reap its benefits.
